Biolan Greywater Filter Light
Biolan Greywater Filter Light
Made in Finland
The Biolan Greywater Filter Light treats household greywater through an efficient combination of mechanical and biological filtration. Using organic filter material, impurities naturally adhere to the surface where microorganisms break them down as part of an eco‑friendly purification process.
The unit features five stacked filter boxes that guide the water horizontally from one level to the next through gravity alone. The greywater enters through the top module and is filtered step by step, ensuring reliable performance without electricity. With a pest‑proof leachate opening and a durable, user‑friendly design, the Greywater Filter Light offers a practical and sustainable solution for cabins, leisure homes and off‑grid living.

Biolan Greywater Filter Light
Description
The Biolan Greywater Filter Light works by mechanically and biologically filtering wastewater. The filter uses organic filter material to which the wastewater impurities adhere. Microorganisms living on the surface of the material use the water impurities as food.
The module consists of five filter boxes placed one above the other. The wastewater is led to the top filter box. Inside the filter, the wastewater flows horizontally, by gravity, from one filter level to the next through openings at the end of the box.
